Information about services and products – Through DesignWithCris we market and sell services and products related to professional and personalized web design. The details of each of them you can see a little further on.
Each new product that is added to those already offered will have a detailed description of its content, price, and any additional information that is necessary for the customer to know the product.
Any particularity or exception about a specific service or product will be informed in the description of each one.
The documents in downloadable PDF format that accompany the products are for private use, being totally prohibited the dissemination, reinterpretation, reproduction, sale, distribution or commercial use of the same.
Because the templates are a digital product and at the same moment the purchase is made, the customer will have access to all the content to be downloaded, no refunds, changes or cancellations are allowed.

The templates are non-transferable. The customer can only use it in one occasion and for private use. It is forbidden to use the templates for commercial purposes.
1. The templates work correctly as a whole, in my hosting and in the browsers we use, but I cannot guarantee the compatibility between plugins and/or the template as a result of future updates, as well as the changes made in the different browsers.
2. Video tutorials are provided so that the client can install, publish and customize the template completely.
3. Support has no time limit. I will be happy to help you with anything to do with the template, the installation, the provided files and any problems with them.
1. Modifications or extending the template beyond the original delivery. I will be able to assist you in editing some sections but no new sections will be created, modified or designed.
2. Support does not cover problems with your web hosting or server environment, or problems with the WordPress installation you have installed on your own website or on a client’s website.
3. Support does not include the insertion of text, images, videos, audios or any other type of file to the website, this exercise must be done by the customer.
4. The support does not include troubleshooting problems arising from third party plugins that you have installed on your own.
5. The support will be cancelled if the following circumstances occur.
You modify the code and your website breaks.
You install plugins on your own and they conflict or cause a problem in your WordPress.
You install the template on a client’s website.
By purchasing one of the WordPress templates on my website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Each purchase of a template can be used for ONE website only. If this policy is violated, you will be required to purchase additional licenses and/or immediately close all websites with unauthorized installations of the theme. I reserve the right to refuse future products and services to anyone who violates this policy. In addition, by violating this policy, you will be denied any future customer service, even if you purchase additional licenses after the initial violation.
2. If you use any of the WordPress templates to create a design for a client, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these web designs as your own.
3. You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own.
4. You are strictly prohibited from sharing any of the WordPress templates, graphics, files or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.
