What do I need to use your templates?

If you are going to use WordPress.org: hire a hosting, buy your domain and install WordPress.

If you are going to use WordPress.com as a hosting service, you need the Business Plan or Commerce Plan to upload custom WordPress themes and plugins.

Do I need Elementor Pro to use your templates?

Yes.

Elementor Pro –> Essential or Advanced Plan.

Essential Plan: Ideal to start your website.
Advanced Plan: If you want to use ecommerce features or link forms with email marketing platforms.

Of course! With the purchase of the template, I give you video tutorials to install, but if you prefer I can do it for you. Contact me. (It’s free)

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

The templates are a digital product and at the same moment of purchase you will receive all the content. Therefore, no exchanges or refunds or cancellations are allowed.
